Required Qualifications: MD/DO degree. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Eligible for medical licensure in New York State.
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in primary care practice and resident education.
Responsibilities & Requirements: The Assistant/Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching, research and patient care programs appropriate to a major University.
Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible. To qualify for an appointment as Assistant Professor, the candidate must meet the criteria established by the School of Medicine (School of Medicine’s Criteria for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure ). **Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
